Kabinet Privé previews pre-loved luxury collection at Bernard Chandran Petang Raya 2019/2020

In collaboration with Bernard Chandran, Kabinet Privé previewed its new pre-loved luxury handbags collection at Bernard Chandran Petang Raya 2019/2020 today.

Targeted at serious collectors, Kabinet Privé X or KPX for short, is a new collection from the luxury retailer and concierge featuring a fine selection of one-of-its-kind runway and limited-edition pieces from international fashion houses.

Kabinet Privé founder and CEO, Dato’ Sri Rozita Ramelan said, “We have introduced KPX to meet the growing demand in the luxury-as-investment market. All of the items available in the collection are made available to us exclusively by private collectors who have been working with us for the past decade.

“We are very thrilled to be working with Bernard Chandran again this year to introduce KPX in time for the festive season. Every year, without fail, he comes out with a Hari Raya Collection that transcends time and trends and all of the handbags that we have curated for the show complements his creations really well,” she added.

At the fashion show, Bernard Chandran showcased his creations for this year’s Hari Raya Aidilfitri featuring a selection of Chanel minaudières from the KPX collection including a 2011 Pre-Fall Byzance Evening Clutch and a Limited Edition Twisted Mirror Runway Bag.

Fans of the House of Chanel will delight in iconic pieces like the Reissue 2.55 bags available from KPX in a variety of styles, from exotic alligator skin to quilted and sequinned leather. The collection also offers Chanel die-hards timeless models like the Boy bags and flap bags in different colours and materials.

The KPX collection also includes pre-loved pieces from Hermès including limited edition tri-colour exotic leather pieces bags and special order horseshoe stamped (HSS) bags. To ensure quality control and assurance, Kabinet Privé provides a six-point scale grading to describe the condition of items available in the pre-loved collection.

Rozita explained, “Every item consigned to us has undergone thorough inspection process where we not only check for the authenticity of the item, but we also grade the item for its condition and signs of wear and use, with 1 being new with intact original packaging to 6 being in fair condition or damaged.”

“At Kabinet Privé, our mission is to be the one-stop-shop destination for all things luxury and with KPX we are able to function as an exchange between private collectors who are interested to buy or sell luxury items in the secondary market with confidence,” she added.

Select items from the KPX collection are now available online with worldwide delivery via kabinetprive.com and more items to be added soon. Private clients of Kabinet Privé may access the KPX collection by appointment at The St Regis Boutique in Kuala Lumpur or through its personal concierge services in Singapore and Hong Kong.
